Seeking experienced insurance agency customer service representative. Duties include new business sales, servicing accounts, policy processing, understanding insurance company products, answering calls and emails, providing customers with detailed information, and being a team player in terms of general office assistance. Skills required: NH agents license, friendly and professional demeanor, good written and oral communication skills, responsible and dependable, and ability to travel between office locations.
